The Best Little Brewfest in Texas is returning to Old Town Lewisville for the 10th event anniversary! Best Little Brewfest is a 100% charity beer festival that features over 40 craft breweries from around Texas, the U.S., and the world! Some wines and ciders are also included. We have several different types of vendor tents filled with unique and exciting options, so grab a friend and shop till you drop. Then prop your feet up or tap your toes to the great vibes coming from our entertainment stage as you refuel on a variety of deliciousness that will tantalize your taste buds and satisfy your tummy!

With two stages for great local music, you will hear some of the best musicians from around the corner. The Main Stage on the east end of Wayne Ferguson Plaza will host full bands on a professional sound platform. The Acoustic Stage will be in front of City Hall and will host great talent with an acoustic, singer/songwriter feel.

Lewisville Colorpalooza: Jade Flores at Wayne Ferguson Plaza

Lewisville ColorPalooza is designed to showcase the rich cultural, artistic and eco-friendly spirit of Lewisville. Attendees are invited to experience a day of creativity, education, art activities and displays in Old Town Lewisville. Festival activities and performers will be revealed in 2023.

Some of the planned activities at ColorPalooza:

  • Chalk This Way Festival – It will include amateur and professional chalk art, a kids’ chalk area, as well as a chalk art scholarship contest. For more information on the scholarship contest and amateur chalk art, visit chalkthisway.org.
  • DIY Tie-Dye Station – Visitors can buy a plain white t-shirt ($5), pick out what colors they want, and create their own design.
  • Art Demos– See artists create new works of art throughout the day – painting, clay making, etc.

Ashmore returns to Sounds of Lewisville presented by Mosquito Joe, with Reflective Soul as the opening act. Concert starts early at 6:30 p.m. when Reflective Soul takes the stage, followed by Ashmore at 8 p.m.
A special fireworks show will take place following the concert. Fireworks will be shot off the roof of the Lewisville Grand Theater. LHS Orchesta will perform during the fireworks show.
Due to limited parking and street closures, guests are encouraged to use the free shuttle. Details to come closer to the event.

Back in Black (AC/DC) and Rocket Queen DFW (Guns N Roses) both make their Sounds of Lewisville debuts this week.
The popular and FREE “Sounds of Lewisville” concert series returns to Wayne Ferguson Plaza Tuesday nights in June and July. The concert includes performances by two bands each week. The opening act (Rocket Queen) will take the stage at 7 p.m. followed by the headliner (Back in Black) from 8-9:30 p.m.

Texas Tunes: Blue Water Highway at The Grand

Audiences at The Grand may recall Blue Water Highway from past performances as part of the cast of Will Hearn’s Grand Ol’ Christmas Show and Grand Ol’ Americana Show.

This concert takes place in the Huffines Performance Hall. Black Box Songwriter Series: Patricia Vonne at The Grand

Patricia Vonne performs an intimate concert as part of the Lewisville Grand Theater’s Black Box Songwriter Series on Saturday, Feb. 5.

The Black Box Songwriter Series features singer-songwriters in an intimate, listening room setting. Since its inception in 2015, the series has attracted a variety of celebrated songwriters, such as Gretchen Peters (“Independence Day”), Susan Gibson (“Wide Open Spaces”), Walt Wilkins (“Trains I Missed”), and numerous award-winning troubadours. Both newcomers and veteran songwriters have played the series and given fans a chance to hear incredible songs as well as the stories behind them.

This concert is funded in part by Texas Commission on the Arts.

Theater doors open: 7:30 p.m.
The concert begins at 8 p.m.
